1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

6999bd reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any time during the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, and at any time 6999bd reasonably suspects that the account holder does not satisfy the eligibility criteria. KYC documentation accepted includes a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. 3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6999bd processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 6999bd's discretion.

Deposits:

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 6999bd, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
2. 6999bd does not charge any fees on deposits. Transaction fees imposed by the payment provider (if any) are the responsibility of the player.
3. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's account balance within 60 seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours.
4. Funds deposited to 6999bd may only be used for betting and gaming on the Platform. Deposits are not held in an interest-bearing account and no interest is paid to players on their balance.
5. 6999bd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction may be subject to limits at the payment provider level.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that the player has previously used to deposit funds to their 6999bd account (the "source of funds" principle). This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6999bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a playthrough requirement) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's terms page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means the player must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets at odds of less than 1.50 may not contribute at all. The contribution schedule is published on each individual promotion page.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been converted by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date is stated prominently in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per player / household / device: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player, household address, shared computer, or shared IP address is eligible for a given promotion only once. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse: 6999bd reserves the right to void bonuses and any resulting winnings, and to close accounts, if it detects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee bonus profit, or using software to exploit the platform.
• Maximum bonus withdrawal: Some bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn as a result of bonus play. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the promotion's specific terms.

6999bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to meet the wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed and the original qualifying deposit will remain in the player's account as a real-money balance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Amendments to These Terms

6999bd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 6999bd will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days before the revised Terms come into effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter player rights or obligations, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 6999bd's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

Dispute resolution process:

You agree that any dispute you bring against 6999bd will be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action or proceeding.
